The most important thing is that we would only leave the 1800 customer support number (1800-GOFEDEX). The private station number would never be given out, nor would a non-FedEx number be given out. This way the customer can verify its a legit call because they can look up and call the legit customer support number themselves.
i got the same call and they left me a voicemail saying i need to pay 150$ customs. i dont think its a scam because it is a fedex number BUT how do they determine customs when my package is still currently in London, England and hasn't even reached Canada yet.

I had to drop off a package that was prepaid return to supplier. I arrive at the closest FedEx according to google which takes me to a staples. To make sure there is a FedEx in the store I call the FedEx number listed under this location. Even though I'm calling a specific location it routes Mr through the automated voice system.
Not all at all, company is going by FedEx and FedEx is going by company. I disputed with my credit card and got the money back but I kind of had a credit to use so I lost that one. So in theory I lost my credit but I did get my money back from the dispute. Hope it wasn’t confusing
I ordered flowers for my mom from 1800 flowers and my order has a tracking number from Fedex. I thought the delivery was made locally from a florist, but I guess that’s only the case some of the time? Has anyone had this experience and what does it look like to the recipient? Is it just in a box? I was hoping for a vase left at her doorstep.

If it asks for an account number press any 9 numbers and whenever it starts talking again press 0. They probably won’t be that helpful but it’s worth a shot. I am a daily FedEx shipper (express) and I’ve had few issues which unfortunately seems to be rare these days. Hopefully things will get better for the company soon.
The packages were insured, claims filed, disputed by FedEx & arbitration found in my favor & FedEx is refusing to pay. This is why my request for a phone #/person to talk to at corporate, I was kinda pissed last week & I am going to file the claim against FedEx insurance. I now have an atty representing me go forward.
