I purchased Office 365 Family Plan direct from Microsoft. I have a personal domain from Godaddy which is connected to Outlook. Can you add Exchange Online to Office 365 Family Plan so I can create shared mailboxes and other primary emails (within 6 users) as opposed to sending an invite to my family and then they need to create their own?
Thanks - Disappointing. Outlook.com for Microsoft 365 Family is basically useless for those of us that have had family domain and email for a long time. Cost prohibitive for a family. Will need to stay with my hosting provider and use Apple iCloud for calendar and contacts.
On the other hand, Microsoft 365 Business Standard is designed for small to medium-sized businesses and includes premium Office apps, email and calendar hosting with Exchange Online, online meetings and video conferencing with Teams, and advanced security features. It can be used by up to 300 users.
365family does not cover exchange online service. If you purchased any exchange online service from the 3rd party, you can't transfer to in-house, you need to contact with the partner and terminating any service. Then, repurchase it, for the exchange plan, you need to purchase it with your school or work account instead personal account.
O365 Family/Personal does not include Exchange so you would need a mail hosting service that provides iether IMAP or Exchange, you can then add that to MS Outlook in Family. Alternatively you use Outlook.com and add an alias account . O365 Family is £79.99/year and Personal £59.00/year
A couple of years ago, we signed up for a family office 365 account (I think). We currently have 2 email addresses associated with that account. At the time, I believe I was told that we could have additional email addresses, but I can't remember the details.

"Exchange" is not listed under services. So if I had a custom domain that I owned (say xyz.com) and I wanted to set up 4 family members such as *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** etc with Microsoft 365 Family, that wouldn't work?
Later I buy Microsoft 365 Family. My Microsoft Family package use E-mail login e.g. : *** Email address is removed for privacy *** My Exchange is my business adresse e.g: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** When I go to my outlook web I login with the exchange adresse and can not use the apps from my Microsoft 365 Family.
