Macomb Mall was developed in 1964 by the Schostak Brothers of Detroit, Michigan. The mall opened with Sears, Crowley's, and Kresge as its anchor stores. Lodge Freeway) and Greenfield Road in Southfield, Michigan, an inner-ring suburb of Detroit, Michigan, United States. Construction began in 1952 and the mall opened on March 22, 1954.
