    It did update the version to 3.14 so I think that it was just finalizing the install. But there was nothing hanging the update at this point and started the initial system setup. Issue resolved. I put the COD game back in and though it now requested a SOFTWARE update instead of a FIRMWARE update, it took it without any type of issues.
