We even removed the account and re-added them to the family plan, but it is still not updated. Kindly guide on how to proceed.
2021-06-07 04:33 AM. Going by the terms and conditions, you cannot have a family plan with members outside of your home. However, there are illicit ways of you getting around that. You have everyone that wants to be on the plan, join the website from your address using one central wifi hotspot.

Report Inappropriate Content. Last week Spotify removed me from my family plan saying " We believe that you’ve been using this plan from a country other than the country where the plan owner purchased the subscription", which is obviously not true. When i try to join again they say again that i need to be in the same country, which i am.
"We couldn’t confirm that you live with the plan manager for this Premium plan. You can join someone else’s plan again in 12 months. Or find another Premium plan that’s right for you."
Visitor. 2023-10-0701:04 AM. Currently only premium duo plan managers can use the audiobook hours. The plan members cannot and the plan manager cannot be changed. This prevents premium users from being able to access premium features. The audiobook hours should be usable by both members of the plan.
Go to your account page. Under 'Manage your family accounts', click GO. Click on an available Empty Slot. Click INVITE MEMBER BY LINK or enter the e-mail of the person you want to invite. Click SEND INVITE. Please note that all members would need to have their own account. Hope this helps!
