Witbank (/ w ə t b æ n k /), officially eMalahleni, [2] is a city situated on the Highveld of Mpumalanga, South Africa, within the Emalahleni Local Municipality. [ 3 ] [ 4 ] The name Witbank is Afrikaans for "white ridge", and is named after a white sandstone outcrop where wagon transport drivers rested.
The club had also been known as the Ukhumba Black Aces, Witbank Black Aces and Super Kurl Aces during its existence. The club was in its second incarnation, and they entered the South African football league in 2007 when the Polokwane -based City Pillars league license was bought and the team was transferred to Witbank from Limpopo. Crusaders Strikers Football Club is a women's association football club based in North Belfast, Northern Ireland. The club was founded in 1992 as Newtownabbey Strikers and became a member of the Northern Ireland Women's Football Association in 1994.
