Police Simulator: Patrol Officers is a simulation video game developed by Aesir Interactive and published by Astragon Entertainment. The game was made first available in Early Access through Steam on June 17, 2021. The game was released on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S on November 10, 2022.

GarageGames was founded in Eugene, Oregon in 2000 by Jeff Tunnell, Tim Gift, Rick Overman, and Mark Frohnmayer. Working in their garage on severance checks, the founders derived the name GarageGames as a play off the term "garage band", and is meant to evoke a similar attitude in game development.
An alpha version was released through itch.io on June 6, 2017, featuring two levels. On July 2, Police Stories successfully raised $26,679 on Kickstarter with 555 backers. On December 12, a beta version was released for Kickstarter backers who pledged $30 or more, including two new levels, online co-op, and regular updates.
