The 2024 Waterford Senior Hurling Championship was the 124th staging of the Waterford Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Waterford County Board in 1897. The draws for the group stage pairings was made on 29 January 2024. [1] The championship is scheduled to run from 19 July to September 2024.
The Waterford County Championship is an integral part of the wider Munster Senior Club Hurling Championship. The winners of the Waterford county final join the champions of the other hurling counties to contest the provincial championship. Twelve teams currently participate in the Waterford County Championship.

Noel Connors (born 5 May 1990) is an Irish hurler who played for Waterford Senior Championship club Passage and formerly played for and captained the Waterford senior hurling team. He was usually deployed as a corner-back but could also be deployed as a full-back or as a centre-back.
