All of the projects are still live with a new Adobe Express URL. I have tried logging in various ways under both my Adobe accounts, but so far, there are no project files stored in either account in Adobe Express.
I've always worked with pleasure in Adobe Spark. Today, when I opened the Web App, all my projects are gone! The only things that have changed from the last time I logged in (besides Spark now being Express) is that I changed my email address. That's it! So I got the Adobe Spark app from Google Play on my phone and was able to share the Adobe Spark story and add it as a highlight. It's harder than it should be rn, but I expect this will improve with time. Got it over there though!
