Pappy's Smokehouse (often referred to as simply Pappy's) is a barbecue restaurant located in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. Built in 1904 by St. Louis architects Weber and Groves (Albert B. Groves), the Brown Shoe Company owned and operated the facility until the 1930s. The International Hat Company converted the building into a warehouse in 1954, until selling the property in 1976.
