Arthur Labinjo-Hughes (4 January 2014 – 17 June 2020) was a six-year-old child living in the West Midlands, England who was abused and subsequently killed by his parents during the COVID-19 pandemic. Arthur was mistreated over the course of several months by his father, Thomas Hughes, and his father's partner, Emma Tustin.
