The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks' Lodge 878 building was designed by the Ballinger Company [3] [4] in the Italian Renaissance Revival style. [5] [6] It is composed of the 3 + 1 ⁄ 2-story main building at 82-10 Queens Boulevard; a two-story annex to the east at 82-20 Queens Boulevard; and a three-story rear addition to the south of the main building.
