Music & Me is the second and final studio album by American rapper Nate Dogg, released by Elektra Records on December 4, 2001. It received a fair amount of critical and commercial success upon release.
When Nate Dogg was invited over to visit the apartment, he immediately liked the instrumental for Regulate. They began writing and recording the song together in the same session, inspired by the duet style of Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre's Nuthin' but a 'G' Thang, and Run-DMC.
