East Fairfield Township is a township in Crawford County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was formed from Fairfield Township in 1869. The population was 837 at the 2020 census. [3] It was named in honor of William Crawford (soldier) who was a defender of the white settlers from the attacks if Indians. [4]
