SpongeBob keeps the belt and gets into all kinds of mischief with it, accidentally shrinking all of Bikini Bottom starting with Squidward. "Doing Time": During a routine boating exam, SpongeBob gets into an accident at the Shady Shoals Rest Home. Mrs. Puff, being the driving instructor, is responsible for the accident and is taken into custody.
