I believe that I downloaded a virus couple of days ago. That made chrome and IE non functionable and diabled the windows defender from the group policy. I uninstalled few applications as well. Then I decided to reset my laptop. It's not happening at all. I tried both options, "keep the files and reset" and "remove the files and reset" but no luck.
