The origin of Cornholio was based on the outfits worn by the Band Sausage (Which is an early incarnation of Primus, re-incarnated) in the video "Riddles are abound tonight" which B&B watch. They refer to the band as "Seminifrious Tubloidial Buttnoids" and mimic their costumes by pulling their shirts over their heads.
