The song is unique in that it is the only studio recording to feature lead vocals by all four ABBA members. An excerpt of the song (where only Benny and Frida are heard) was released on the box set Thank You for the Music. The excerpt was particularly edited so as not to include the chorus, as it is said that Björn and Benny violently dislike it.
On his book Abba – Uncensored on the Record, John Tobler said the song "appeared to be much more personal than many of the group's previous songs". [1] The Sydney Morning Herald said "The King Has Lost His Crown" is "an interesting song with some neat variations in style". [ 2 ]

On 23 April 2012 a Deluxe version of The Visitors was released. One of its bonus tracks was a demo medley of "Like an Angel Passing Through My Room" called "From a Twinkling Star to a Passing Angel" put together by Benny Andersson, who feels that the song is one of the best that he and Björn wrote during the ABBA years, but is uncertain whether the final version is the ultimate one.

"Put on Your White Sombrero" is a song by the Swedish pop group ABBA, recorded during sessions for the band's 1980 album Super Trouper. It had the working titles "Spansk II", "Pig Party On Mallorca" and "Padre". Although recorded in Polar Studios in September 1980, the song did not make it to the final track list of the album.
