Stenhousemuir were admitted to the SFA on 21 August 1883 before being struck off from the SFA on 16 August 1885 for non-payment of subscription. This club played in the Scottish Cup in 1883–84 and 1884–85. There is further reference to a Stenhousemuir "junior" team on 13 March 1884.

Ochilview Park is a football stadium in Stenhousemuir in the Falkirk council area of Scotland. It is the home ground of Scottish League One club Stenhousemuir. The stadium has a capacity of 3,746 [1] with 626 seated. Ochilview was opened in 1890 and has been the home of Stenhousemuir since then.
Stenhousemuir was a founder member of the Stirlingshire Football Association and played in the first Stirlingshire Cup in 1883–84. [3] The club lost to Tayavalla 5–2 in the first round. Stenhousemuir (/ ˌ s t ɛ n aʊ s ˈ m jʊər /; Scottish Gaelic: Featha Thaigh nan Clach) is a town in the Central Lowlands of Scotland. It lies within the Falkirk council area of Scotland . The town is two miles (three kilometres) north-northwest of Falkirk and directly adjoins to Larbert in the west, where the nearest rail access is located.

Stenhousemuir began the 2010–11 season under the management of John Coughlin. On 11 December 2010, [9] Coughlin resigned as manager following their defeat to East Fife. [10] Coaches Graeme Robertson and Kevin McGoldrick took over as caretaker managers. [11] On 30 December 2010, Davie Irons was appointed as manager. [12]
