Wah-Sha-She Park, formerly named Wah-Sha-She State Park, is on the shore of Hulah Lake in Osage County, Oklahoma. The 266-acre (108 ha) park offers recreational activities including boating, fishing, swimming and camping. Hunting is allowed in the adjacent 8,900-acre (3,600 ha) Wildlife Management Area.

Platt, a U.S. Senator from the state of Connecticut, introduced legislation to establish the 640-acre Sulphur Springs Reservation, protecting 32 freshwater and mineral springs, in Murray County, Oklahoma (then part of Indian Territory).
The park borders Raymond Gary Lake, which covers 263 acres (106 ha) and offers opportunities for fishing, boating, swimming, and camping. [2] [3] [4] Park facilities include a fishing dock (handicap accessible), two unlighted boat ramps, picnic sites, recreational vehicle sites, six cabins, a swimming area and children's playground. The Great Salt Plains Lake is located at the park and covers 9,300 acres (38 km 2) with 41 miles (66 km) of shoreline and is a shallow, salty lake with fishing opportunities for catfish, saugeye, sandbass and hybrid striper. The average depth is reportedly 4 feet (1.2 m) and the impoundment capacity is 31,420 acre-feet.
Three areas offer campgrounds: Sunset Bay (tent sites), Sheppard Point (tent and RV sites) and Heyburn Park (RV sites). They all have picnic areas, restrooms, showers, playgrounds and boat launches. [2] The Heyburn Public Hunting Area is a 6,000 acres (2,400 ha) tract that allows hunting quail, squirrel, rabbit, waterfowl and wild turkey. [2]
