Top Channel is a national commercial television network based in Tirana, Albania. [1] The network was founded by Dritan Hoxha in 2001, [2] the network forms part of Top Media Group together with Top Albania Radio, Top Gold Radio, My Music Radio, daily newspaper Shqip, daily magazine Shqip Magazine, coffee producer Lori Caffe, Digitalb, Top News, VGA Studio, musicAL, and Imperial Cinemas.

Dritan Hoxha (16 October 1968 – 23 May 2008) was an Albanian businessman. He was the founder of Top Media, Albania's largest media company.. Hoxha, who started his business career as a coffee importer for Lori Caffe, founded the Top Media group in 1998.
Of all the existing national television stations, the public broadcaster Radio Televizioni Shqiptar (RTSH) has the greatest reach: its signal covers 80.5% of the territory, followed by Top Channel with 79%, and TV Klan with 78%. However, there are also digital multiplexes but they are unaccounted for in the territorial reach figures.

It transmits the main Albanian media, such as DigitAlb, Tring, Artmotion, Kujtesa, Klan Kosova, RTSH, Top Channel, Top News and others. As of 2021, TVALB is the only Albanian IPTV licensed to broadcast DigitAlb channels in the USA and Canada. [4]
