Broad Margin is the name given to the private residence originally commissioned by Gabrielle and Charlcey Austin. It is located in Greenville, South Carolina, United States, was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and was built by local builder Harold T. Newton in 1954.

The Greenville News started off as a four-page publication in 1874 by A.M. Speights. For a one-year subscription, the cost was eight dollars. After five different owners and many editors, the Peace family under the leadership of Bony Hampton Peace bought the paper in 1919 from Ellison Adger Smyth, around the same time that Greenville was becoming known as "The Textile Center of the South."
Frank Lloyd Wright designed 1,141 houses, commercial buildings and other works throughout his lifetime, including 532 that were eventually built. As of 2013, there were 409 extant structures designed by Wright.
In the early 1960s, Orchard Park was very diverse, but by 1970 the majority of the complex were low income black families.
