Artists (at least one of the members for bands and groups) were required to have Luxembourg nationality, have lived in Luxembourg for three consecutive years, or have a strong link with the Luxembourg cultural scene, and were able to submit up to five entries each.
Eesti Laul 2025 is set to be the 17th edition of the national selection Eesti Laul, organised by ERR to select its entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025.The competition will consist of a 16-song final on 15 February 2025 at the Unibet Arena in Tallinn, and will be hosted by Eda-Ines Etti and Karl "Korea" Kivastik.

Prior to the 2025 contest, the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation (SRG SSR) had participated in the Eurovision Song Contest representing Switzerland sixty-four times since its first entry at the inaugural contest in 1956. [1] It won that first edition of the contest with the song "Refrain" performed by Lys Assia.
