Los Horóscopos de Durango were a regional Mexican band. In their first years, they were a grupero band, but they eventually changed to the duranguense style when the genre was becoming mainstream. They eventually switched to banda. In their last years, their live performances were a mixture of the latter two styles.

A fertile area is in south Durango, near La Ferrería site. The city of Durango has a semi-arid climate, classified as BSk in the Köppen climate classification system. [18] The climate is temperate in the western part of the city, with the average annual temperature being 15 °C (59 °F) and an average annual rainfall of 1,600 mm (63 in).
Santa María del Oro is a city and seat of the municipality of El Oro, in the state of Durango, Mexico. [1] As of 2010, the city had a population of 5,878. Many Duranguense groups were born here either members of the band or the band as a whole like Alacranes Musical and Conjunto Atardecer.
The group signed with a Mexican independent label and released El Sube y Baja in 2002. The band's next release followed in 2003, and De Durango a Chicago debuted at No. 2 on the Top Latin Albums chart. A live album, En Vivo Desde Chicago (with a DVD), was released early in 2004. A year later, Y Sigue La Mata Dando was released and in 2006.
