Arthur J. Sills (October 19, 1917 – December 26, 1982) was the Attorney General of New Jersey from 1962 to 1970. As New Jersey's top law enforcement official, Sills championed an expanded state police, civil rights and stronger laws on gun control.
He was sworn into office on March 20, 2006, replacing Donald Bryan. [2] He resigned on July 15, 2009. [3] Goldman came to the Department of Banking and Insurance after a 22-year career at Sills Cummis Epstein & Gross PC, where he focused on corporate law.
From 1981 to 1984, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey. From 1984 to 2002, he worked at Sills Cummis & Gross. In 2002, he became a co-managing partner of Greenberg Traurig. Sellinger has been a member of the New Jersey Democratic State Committee for Morris County.
