Per above replies I tried the simplest first: with the TV (with Roku “stick”) turned off (which drops power to the Roku, (the way we have it set up) via USB), I just did the following:

"Websites phrase 500 errors in many ways but they're all basically saying the same thing: there's a general server issue going on right now. Most of the time there isn't anything you can do but contact the website directly and then wait on them to fix it.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: Click "Sign In" if necessary. Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page) Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon. Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list.
