Drunk Like Bible Times is the second and final studio album by Arizona-based indie rock band Dear and the Headlights.It was released on September 30, 2008 [4] through independent record label Equal Vision Records.
Dear and the Headlights was an American indie rock band from Phoenix, Arizona, formed in 2005. They released two widely known demos, recorded by future bassist Chuckie Duff, before their debut album was released. These demos included five songs re-recorded for the album.

Marquard wrote some of its songs in 2007, while he was still a part of Dear and the Headlights. [2] The majority of the album was played by Marquard, alone with a Pro Tools rig, a 1970s reel to reel and cassette tapes, in his suburban home, though musical friends and family pitch in here and there on the record. [2]
