Orange County is a county located in the Piedmont region of the U.S. state of North Carolina. As of the 2020 census , the population was 148,696. [ 2 ] Its county seat is Hillsborough . [ 3 ]

Cedar Grove is an unincorporated community in Orange County, North Carolina, United States. It is located southeast of McDade, and northwest of Hillsborough. The Cedar Grove Rural Crossroads Historic District and Capt. John S. Pope Farm are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. [3] [4]
