Colonial Village is a historic garden apartment complex located at Arlington County, Virginia, United States. It contains 226 contributing buildings built in four stages between 1935 and 1940. The buildings hold approximately 1,055 apartments.
In the five superblocks, the designers concentrated undulating strings of 661 apartments on 12% of the space, leaving about 47 acres for green space, parks, recreation areas, yards, roads, parking spaces and service. The apartments were spaced around courts, the biggest being the "H" court. Each apartment had a front court and a private back court.
Virginia Village is a neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, roughly five miles southeast of downtown. The neighborhood consists of a mixture of town homes, single-family homes, shopping plazas, and mid to high-rise apartment and office buildings. It is served by the Colorado Station on the E, F, and H RTD light rail lines.

The Arlington County government gave legal protection to some of the Buckingham buildings (those in Villages 3–12 and in the commercial area) by designating them in 1993, 1994 and 2007 as components of the County's Buckingham Village Historic District, a local historic district.
In October 1938, Arlington County approved the rezoning of 120 acres (0.49 km 2), which allowed Mace Properties to construct large multi-family apartment buildings. [10] In April 1939, Mace Properties announced that it had received FHA approval for low-cost multi-family rental housing.
