Miller Tavern and Farm is a historic home and farm located near Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia. The main house is L-shaped and consists of a vernacular tavern building, built about 1813, to which is appended a Greek Revival-style "I"-house built about 1831. Martinsburg was established by an act [7] of the Virginia General Assembly that was adopted in December 1778 [8] during the American Revolutionary War. Founder Major General Adam Stephen named the gateway town to the Shenandoah Valley along Tuscarora Creek in honor of Colonel Thomas Bryan Martin, a nephew of Thomas Fairfax, 6th Lord Fairfax of Cameron.

The Citizens National Bank building replaced the Hotel Berkeley on the site. The hotel closed in 1968 and was demolished to clear the site for the bank building. The new building, designed by Martinsburg architect Willard F. Wurzburg, Jr. (1931-1985), opened in 1970, costing $500,000 to build.
