The Ziegfeld Theatre was a single-screen movie theater located at 141 West 54th Street in midtown Manhattan in New York City.It opened in 1969 and closed in 2016. The theater was named in honor of the original Ziegfeld Theatre (1927–1966), which was built by the impresario Florenz Ziegfeld Jr.

The Embassy Theatre, also known as the Embassy 1 Theatre, is a former movie theater at 1560 Broadway, along Times Square, in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. Designed by Thomas W. Lamb , the theater opened in 1925 on the ground floor of 1560 Broadway, the headquarters of the Actors' Equity Association .

[2] After the Ziegfeld closed in January 2016, the Paris became Manhattan's sole surviving single-screen cinema. [8] In August 2019, a notice of closure was posted.
