The parish of St. Anne's was established in 1862 to serve the then-hamlet of Brockton, which was later annexed by Toronto in 1884. The first church building was built facing Dufferin Street on what is now the site of the parish hall, this building was expanded three times. [ 3 ]

St. Anne's Episcopal Church is a historic Episcopal church located in Church Circle, Annapolis. The first church in Annapolis , it was founded in 1692 to serve as the parish church for the newly created Middle Neck Parish , one of the original 30 Anglican parishes in the Province of Maryland . The forerunner to this church was a mission church, also dedicated to St Anne, built on Swan Island in 1873. In 1884 Hindsford became a parish in its own right, and in 1889 the foundation stone was laid for this church. [2] It was designed by the Lancaster architects Austin and Paley. [3]
