Starting on Monday, AT&T customers began reporting they could no longer receive email from Microsoft 365 email addresses. When Microsoft 365 customers attempted to email an address at @att.com, @sbcglobal.net, or @bellsouth.com, AT&T servers would refuse the connection and not accept the email for delivery. KI.
When I click on start over I get the same message. I never get to the login screen to enter my user name and password.
I am aware of other questions being posted regarding this issue, but most seem to directed to corporate email, and not individual home users as myself. As best as I can tell this problem started yesterday, August 6, 2024, when any email I sent to an sbcglobal.net or att.net email recipient was rejected and returned with the following message:

Created on May 4, 2020. sbcglobal (yahoo) settings for Outlook. We changed our password in sbcglobal email and can no longer receive in Outlook 2013 or 2016. Have tried POP and Imap settings...neither work.

My emails to sbcglobal.net and att.net are not being delivered. I am sending from a hotmail.com address using Microsoft 365 Outlook desktop app. I can send from my gmail account with no issues. Let me add that I have been sending emails to these severs for over a decade with no problems. This just started last week and has not corrected itself.
NEW SBCGlobal email address settings. I have had an *** Email address is removed for privacy *** email address for many years. All of a sudden, it has stopped working (in Outlook) on my Dell desktop, my Windows SP-3, but it still works on my Samsung cellphone. I have Googled for the correct settings, and there are too many versions to count.
