The stadium is owned by Triple B Stadium Inc., a non-share corporation incorporated in Manitoba on November 19, 2010. The object of this corporation is to develop, construct and operate a stadium at the University of Manitoba for the Winnipeg Football Club, the University of Manitoba Bisons, amateur athletics, and other public purposes.
