A new version of A Trick of the Tail was released in the UK/Europe/Japan by Virgin/EMI & in the US by Atlantic/Rhino in 2007 as part of the Genesis 1976–1982 box set. This includes the entire album in remixed stereo, surround sound, and related video tracks.
"A Trick of the Tail" was the third Genesis song to be accompanied by a promotional video, and the first single featuring Phil Collins as the band's lead vocalist. Previously their drummer, frequently singing backing vocals, Collins was now the band's lead singer, while continuing to play drums and percussion.

R-Kive is a CD box set by English veteran progressive rock band Genesis.It was released on 22 September 2014 in the UK, and on 29 September 2014 in the U.S. [1]. It consists of three CDs that span Genesis' career in chronological order.
Stewart appears on Genesis's first two singles, "The Silent Sun" / "That's Me" [1] and "A Winter's Tale" / "One-Eyed Hound". Although several demos from Stewart's time with the band appear on the Genesis Archive 1967-75 box set, he is not credited with playing on any of them (though one track features drumming that may have been done by Stewart).
