Kirkwood station, also called the Kirkwood Missouri Pacific Depot, is a suburban Amtrak train station in Kirkwood, Missouri, United States.Located in downtown Kirkwood, it is one of four Amtrak stations in the St. Louis metropolitan area; the other three are the Gateway Multimodal Transportation Center in St. Louis, the Alton station, and the Washington station.

Kirkwood is located at coordinates 39° 50' 50" N 76° 5' 0" W, in southeastern Lancaster County and the center of Colerain Township. Pennsylvania Route 472 passes through the center of town, leading northwest 6 miles (10 km) to Quarryville and southeast 7 miles (11 km) to Oxford in Chester County.
The Newport Dinner Train began using ex-Branford Steam Railroad GE 44-ton switcher #6 for motive power in 2006; it was brought to the island by a barge.
