Thunderhill Raceway Park is a motorsports complex located 7 mi (11 km) west of Willows, California, United States, in the Sacramento Valley.It is the venue for the longest automobile race in the United States, the 25 Hours of Thunderhill, held annually during the first weekend in December.
Motorcycle racing's Sacramento Mile continues to be held at the new California Exposition as part of the AMA Grand National Championship. A 2.1-mile (3.4-km) road course was laid out in the parking lots surrounding the oval, and used for sports car racing between 1955 and 1969.
The Rotax Max 125 Engine is a two-stroke 125 cc (7.6 cu in) engine designed by Rotax, part of Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), to provide cost-effective but high speed kart racing.
