The Land Claims Court of the Republic of South Africa was established in 1995 and has the same status as the High Courts of that country. The court specializes in hearing disputes that arise out of laws that underpin South Africa's land reform initiative.

Zeenat Carelse (born 16 October 1966) is a South African judge who became the inaugural president of the Land Claims Court in 2024. She was formerly a judge of the Supreme Court of Appeal between 2021 and 2024 and a judge of the Gauteng High Court between 2009 and 2021.
