Graduated in May'23, still don't see an option on passport.gatech.edu to set up email forwarding for life. GT IT helpdesk seems to have no agents available to chat. Does anyone know when we'll get to set it up? 1.

Have any other alumni or others who set up email forwarding after leaving Georgia Tech had trouble with forwarding recently? I set up an @gatech.edu email alias when I graduated and set it up to forward to my Gmail account. It has worked for most of the past 3 years but seems to have had trouble the past couple of weeks.
Old alum here. We used to only be able to check our email from on campus via POP3 Or telnet interface unless we included a .forward on our account. The most convenient way is to forward your email to Gmail or use Gmail's IMAP/POP to just grab the email from Tech's servers.
