Woodinville is a city in King County, Washington, United States. The population was 13,069 at the 2020 census. [4] It is a part of the Seattle metropolitan area and is east of Bothell. Woodinville has waterfront parks on the Sammamish River, a winery district, and industrial areas along State Route 522.
