Live Up to Your Name [4] (Korean: 명불허전) is a 2017 historical time travel South Korean television series. It brings Heo Im (a medical scientist from Joseon portrayed by Kim Nam-gil) to present day Seoul, where he meets the surgeon, Choi Yeon-kyung (Kim Ah-joong). The series marks Kim Nam-gil's small screen comeback after four years.
The story centers around obscure actress Choi Hee-jin (played by Yoo In-na, in her first leading role) [3] [4] who falls in love with Kim Bung-do (played by Ji Hyun-woo), [5] [6] a time-traveling scholar from the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910) who jumps 300 years into the future to the 21st century.
