I had my gall bladder scanned, all was ok. Had liver function test, all ok. Kidneys scanned - all ok. Test for ulcer - all ok. The pain is intermittent.
If you feel pain while doing that then you aren't ready to swing. If no pain then swing for about 10 to 15 minutes, pausing 30 seconds between each one. If you feel pain besides muscle soreness the next morning after practice swinging then you are still not ready, but you are getting close, perhaps by next weekend.

Does anyone get pain just below breastbone along right side and round ribs plus in right shoulder and back. It is not my gallbladder as I have had u.s. abdo and ct of abdo all clear.
I best describe it as a gnawing / stabbing / pinching pain under my right rib, which radiates to my side and back. in the past 2 months i have had bloods and ultrasound... both normal.
