Close out any streams and wait anywhere from 5-30 minutes, and then open only one stream and see if you can earn drops again. What I would do is close all Twitch tabs and wait 6 minutes. I would then load that one stream with drops and see if I am progressing it after 10 minutes. If not, then I'll wait around 30 minutes or so and try again.

Twitch Drops and Prime Gaming Loot have 2 different Account Links to your Warframe Account and they do not encompass each other. You need to link both if you have both and occasionally, you'll need to UNLINK your Warframe Account from Twitch Drops on both the Twitch side as well as the Warframe side and the relink solely via the Warframe side.

This is almost universally how twitch drops work. People tune in for the drops then fuck off. And people are feeling pressured into doing it, too, even though the files for all these items are in-game and easily accessible via console commands or nexus mods.
