Bishop International Airport (IATA: FNT, ICAO: KFNT, FAA LID: FNT) is a commercial and general aviation airport in Flint, Michigan, United States. It is named after banker and General Motors board member Arthur Giles Bishop (April 12, 1851 – January 22, 1944), who donated 220 acres of his farmland for the airport in 1928.
In 1972, on the recommendation of Governor A. Linwood Holton Jr., the Virginia General Assembly established the Virginia Governor's Cabinet, which included a Secretary of Transportation and Public Safety. On April 12, 1976, the General Assembly established two separate secretariats for transportation and for public safety, effective July 1, 1976.

John William Marshall (born July 6, 1958) is an American politician who served as Secretary of Public Safety in the Cabinet of Virginia Governor Mark Warner from 2002 to 2006 and Governor Tim Kaine from 2006 to 2010, and was the longest-serving member of the Virginia Governor's Cabinet.
