The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Character Song Vol. 5 Ryōko Asakura (涼宮ハルヒの憂鬱 キャラクターソング Vol. 5 朝倉涼子, Suzumiya Haruhi no Yūutsu Kyarakutā Songu Vol. 5 Asakura Ryōko) is the fifth volume of the character song albums and was released on December 6, 2006.
The Assortment of Haruhi Suzumiya: Collection of Songs in an Anime "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya") was first released in Japan on June 21, 2006. In the actual performance, Susumu Nishikawa played the guitar, Takeshi Taneda played the bass guitar, and Yutaka Odawara played drums.
The DVD of the concert was released on July 27, 2007. On April 29, 2009 Suzumiya Haruhi no Gensō (涼宮ハルヒの弦奏, The Symphony of Haruhi Suzumiya) was held in Tokyo with music by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and Philip Chu as conductor. The event featured songs and background music from the anime arranged with a classic twist.

The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan (長門有希ちゃんの消失, Nagato Yuki-chan no Shōshitsu), is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Puyo.The series is a spinoff of Nagaru Tanigawa's Haruhi Suzumiya light novel series, and is based on the alternate universe originally featured in the series' fourth volume and feature film, The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya.
