He was involved in many adventures with his good friend Luke Spencer and his wife Laura Spencer.He has been an international spy for the WSB spy agency, and was police commissioner of Port Charles from 1983 through 1985, then again from 1988 through 1992 when he supposedly perished in an explosion in South America.
Tristan Rogers (born 3 June 1946) is an Australian-American actor. He is best known for playing Robert Scorpio on the ABC soap opera General Hospital and for voicing Jake in Walt Disney Pictures' The Rescuers Down Under.

He attempted to kidnap Robert's daughter Robin Scorpio, and in the process murdered Filomena Soltini and kidnapped Anna Devane instead. He was eventually caught again and returned to the sanitarium.

Robert arrived in town as an international spy for the WSB and was involved in many adventures with his wife, Holly Sutton and friend Luke Spencer. In 1992, he and his ex-wife, Anna Devane, were both presumed dead after a boat explosion. Robert returned to town alive in 2006.

Paul feeds the cartel information about Robert Scorpio's investigation. Bill is brought into the cartel, but a deliriously wicked Faison wants Bill to prove himself before he is completely accepted.
