Blvd (stylized as BLVD) is a three-story shopping center under construction on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada, United States. It is being developed by Gindi Capital, in partnership with entrepreneurs Andrew and Peggy Cherng. The project was announced in 2019, but delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It contained 26 stores and four department stores upon opening. It became one of the top shopping spots in the Las Vegas Valley, and was popular among tourists because of its close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip. Customer attendance decreased after the opening of the nearby Fashion Show Mall in 1981. The Boulevard Mall was renovated in 1984.
The shops connect to the casino floor at Caesars Palace. Upon opening, moving sidewalks allowed pedestrians to enter the mall from the Las Vegas Strip, although the only way to exit was through the casino. [3] [8] The 2004 expansion was built out to the Strip with the new three-story structure, eliminating the moving walkways.

The mall is 475,000 sq ft (44,100 m 2) and 1.2-mile (1.9 km) long. It is home to 170 tenants, including retailers, restaurants and live entertainment venues.
