Greyfriars is an inner city suburb and ward of the city of Hereford in Herefordshire, England. It is located directly west of the city centre on the River Wye. The town hall was the headquarters of Hereford City Council for much of the 20th century and continued to be the local seat of government when Hereford District Council was formed in 1974.
