As of 08/18/22, TikTok has disabled the HD endpoint to download videos. In the meantime, the Shortcut will download in SD quality. Install it, click the "Add new Links" button, and paste in the TikTok user's URL. Let it find the links, then look for one that is a folder with a large size (in terms of megabytes, etc.). Right-click on that folder and click "Start Downloads". It should download them all. I'm on a Mac, for the record.

yt-dlp supported both bulk downloading and without watermarks until a recent tiktok change, not fixed yet i think ... but fingers crossed. I don't tik tok so never tried it, but youtube-dl works great for youtube links, including entire playlists and channels.
