This scholarship scheme provides financial support to the meritorious students of IISc, IISERs and IITs taking admission in a Ph.D programme. Under this scheme, the scholar gets a monthly stipend of ₹70,000 for first-year which is increased to ₹80,000 per month during 4th and 5th year of the program.
